About Us
The Town Crier Tenby
The Town Crier rises from the ashes! Four friends with a love of Tenby have transformed the old Clarice’s Toy Shop into a Freehouse Pub with a restaurant, accommodation and beer garden.
Nestled right in the heart of Tenby Town Centre, we have something for all tastes and fancies. Whether it’s a special occasion or a casual evening out, our exquisite dishes and cozy ambiance make for an unforgettable dining experience.
Our name ‘The Town Crier’ is a fitting tip of the hat to the late great ‘Yobbler’ John Thomas and his family who ran the premises for many years before he passed away in 2011.
Come and enjoy a pint in a proper British boozer, eat a delicious meal in our restaurant or drink our refreshing cocktails in our beautiful South facing beer garden.

Food was absolutely incredible! Homemade, tasty and presented well. Great decor and a comfortable environment to eat. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a table facing the kitchen and loved watching them work in what looked like a well run and organised space. Would 100% recommend.

Newest kid on the Tenby hospitality block is this busy and well decked out pub restaurant with 10 rooms. Lovely atmosphere, well stocked bar with great food and friendly staff. Good size beer garden/yard with large screen for sports in the shadow of the Town Walls.

Called into this new pub/restaurant this afternoon and what a excellent job they have done. You can sit inside or outside in the beer garden and they have a good choice of beers, alcohol free options and the coffee was first class. The staff were brilliant and served us with a big smile and engaged in conversation. Food also looked amazing so this pub is a must if visiting Tenby.
